Well, I’m no Master Chef, but I can cook good. I don’t like to spend a lot of time cooking. I have a very short span of patience allotted for kitchen. SO I guess my specialty is rebuilding the recipes of good food into a quickies. I like Fast Food. [No… I’m not talking about Sagars’, Dharshinis’ or Takeaways] It’s about how fast I can cook the dish and how fast its on the plate.
Everyday in the morning I have only 2 hrs of time to cook a common breakfast, lunch for my hubby and snack box for my daughter. This may sound easy to most of them, but for me, its a battle of the Titans. I wish I had 10 hands Like the Goddess Kali, so I can run the mixer in one hand, chop the vegetables in the other, cook in a couple of them… you know, that’s kinda cool. To get up early is a big problem, and thought of deciding what to cook is even more aggravating. So, that’s how I started to turn all elaborate dishes into quickies with shortcuts. I want to document all of these.
So here I am going to write about some of my favorite dishes and may be end up giving some quick tips too.
